A fellow cyclist, Michael Rivas, was killed May 17 in Nashville by an automobile driver in an “accident”. We are all concerned about the circumstances of this event and we will continue to follow up with the authorities as they continue the investigation.
Dorothy Stannard contacted the family with our condolences and they appreciated our concern. As a result we are organizing a ride to the services at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery. Meet at Dorothy’s house at 1200 Riverwood Nashville at 12 noon Sunday.
