TABLE MOUNTAIN TRAILERS (TOTALSPORTS VOB MEDIUM DISTANCE TRAIL GROUP)

This Saturday the trailers are doing the Goat Run in Paarl at Fairview. 
We hope you'll be joining us.


General: Weather forecast is 26 degrees max, but cooler in the morning (thankfully) at about 18 degrees and partly cloudy.   


Routes:  
There's a lekker chill 5km run & walk, or an 8km, 15km or 28km route option.

Rendezvous and start time:

Various race start times. (Earliest is the 28km at 07:30.)

What to bring: 

Race gear, including appropriate clothes if weather changes, whistle, a space blanket and your ICE information. Lot's of liquid. Paarl can get very hot!

Please check the weather before you set off from home and pack the appropriate gear, water and food.
