This Saturday 16 May @ 7.30 am we run from Newlands Forest,

Starting from Newlands Forest we head to Woodcutters, over the 400 stairs returning via the Contour path and the Zig zags.

Important Notes: 
Dress in weather appropriate and proper trail running gear. Must include a proper windproof (waterproof if raining) jacket.
Carry plenty of water and energy snacks.
You are running voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
