there is a washing machine

boiler that works through out the son

 

A woman comes every 2 weeks to clean the

kitchen toilet etc.

the flat is not new but everything works

 

5 minutes walking from the gate of the Technion.

 

we ask for 900 NIS + 45 for cleaning

 

about water municipality and electricity

and internet

all students share
