There remains dilemma with the tax auditors as to reporting obligations in the tax audit because if reporting is done in a particular manner, it may damage the client in terms of tax liability but if reporting is not done in that way, it may involve misreporting involving professional misconduct. How to reconcile this conflict in certain situations which arise while doing tax audit. Also, those interested in intellectual stimulus in the tax field may attend this session.
