Your Preferred itinerary:

Day-1 : Land at Paro and direct transfer to Thimpu - on the way stop at Chozom and Suspension Bridge, visit Tashichho Dzong in the evening. Relax and overnight.

Day 2 : Thimpu to Punakha and see Dochula Pass, Punakha Dzong (Fortress) and Chimi Lakhang (Fertility Temple) and back to Thimpu.

Day 3 : Thimpu in first half visit Memorial Chorten, Nunnery, Takin Zoo and Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Stupa), Sangyang View Point. After lunch, conference (from 4 PM – 7PM). In the evening, enjoy Gala Dinner with Cocktail & DJ in Hotel.

Day 4 : Early Morning Thimpu to Paro and explore Tiger Nest and in on return visit Kyichu Lakhang (Temple). See Paro Rinpung Dzong and Ta Dzong from outside and stroll in the local market. Stay at Paro.

Day 5 : Paro to Delhi Flight.

Note: The above cost in calculated on 40 pax with 20 double/twin sharing room. If the group size increase or decrease then cost will change.

Important Notes:

Ø  PAN Card and Passport Copies are mandatory of all the Passengers.

Ø  Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.

Ø  All above costs are quoted per person in Indian Rupees. In the event if there is any fluctuation of USD rate against Indian Rupees (INR) or any extreme changes of unforeseen economical fluctuation, we will have to re-quoted the prices accordingly

Ø  All above rates are quoted and valid for min 40 pax. In any event the number of participant is less than that number, we have right to re-visit and re-quote accordingly.

Ø  Price quoted based on lowest room category.

Ø  The Hotel Standard Check In time 1400hrs and Check out time 1200hrs.

Ø  Early check in will be considered as 01 night stay. Free early check in is based on request and availability.

Ø  Late check-out is based on request and availability only.

Ø  No room, flight booking has been blocked and no land arrangement has been made yet. Room confirmation & bedding type is subject to availability upon booking is made. if the same property is not available will advise you similar category, in case there is a variation in hotels / room category difference will be supplement.

Ø  **Airport / Hotel / Station Transfers Between 2100hrs and 0500hrs will lead to Extra Night surcharges…which has to be paid extra apart from above cost
