I am experiencing a phenomenon that I don’t quite understand. It appears to me that the more hours a Caregiver works. The more likely an unhealthy codependency is likely to develop.  I maintain a healthy distance from caregivers who work 1-2 days a week. When they work more than that a tension, which I don’t understand, appears to develop.

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? Does anyone have an understanding of why this might happen?

Bob

I HIRED PERSONAL ASSISTANTS. ONCE IN A WHILE I HIRED SOMEONE THAT REALLY RESPECT ME.  I NEVER CAME ACROSS YOUR ISSUE BUT I FIND PERSONAL ASSISTANTS  TAKE OVER AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO AFTER THEY WORKED FOR ME FOR A WHILE.
