Hi Robert,

we just called the hotel and they said all the rooms  for the conference are taken :(  Anything you can do about that? Our first choice wd be to stay at the Doubletree of course, but we can stay someplace if need be.  We want a wheelchair accessible room with two beds from Oct 10 - 17.  Do you know what the conference price is, so I can have a baseline if I have to look elsewhere.

Robert, I am sorry to say that my  finances won't allow me to come to the conference.   You were  nice to cover me in terms of the hotel which my father paid  you back for. I just don't want to be in debt. I am in debt for other things and I am not making steady income yet. Good luck this year.
