to Mental Golf and Sport Psychology
Much fruitless search for satisfaction in life comes from "aimless"
and "unstructured" pursuits of poorly defined personal goals.
As a Clinical and Sport Psychologist, my first item on the personal
change agenda is to establish FOCUS, leading to FOCUSED ACTION.
Because each and every person is different, our needs are unique.
The task is to define these unique needs clearly and to establish a
specific agenda for personal change. When this happens, wonderful
things happen and it doesn't take long to achieve self-defined goals
when you establish such a well defined focused action agenda.
COMPLETE THE PCI - IT's FREE FOR ALL GROUP MEMBERS
Personal change occurs most rapidly when you focus on your 'core
concern' - versus distracting side issues - often little more than
symptoms of your core concern.
Focus is everything when it comes to rapid personal change and only
you can define your particular core concern. This is where the
Personal Change Indicator (PCI) enters the self-assessment scene.
When you complete the PCI you will quickly surface your core concern,
immediately available to you in your online, This is Me! report.
Once aware of this basic, driving concern, you can take Focused
Action, which means doing what you need to do to resolve that core
concern as quickly as possible.
You may not know how to take Focused Action and this is where coaching
enters the scene. It is not always easy to know 'what to do' and
coaching can help.
Of course, the more objective the other person is when trying to
assist you, the more useful the coaching will be.
Eliminate guess work and complete the PCI.
Just e-mail me and I will send you the required access code for the
PCI.
For those who have already done so, how about sharing your results
with the rest of us, if you are comfortable doing so?
The PCI is totally anonymous, fully protecting your personal privacy.
Your self-defined username and password make this possible.
