Experience: 10+ Years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable degree
• 10+ years in software development
• History of leading technical development teams
• Ability to identify and recommend processes improvements
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process
• Experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle database and  J2EE specifically SOAP/REST web services and messaging
• Experience with implementing DevOps solutions
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills​
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent in time management, decision making and organization skills
• Ability to interact professionally with peers, team members, customers and vendors
