       I have posted my doubts in this forum and the answers have helped me in clearing my doubts.So thanks for the people who had answered my questions.

Now finally i have arrived to ANNOVA table where for five factors I calculated the percentage of contribution.

In that for "factor A = 5%", "factor B = 2.14%", "factor C =3.93 %","factor D= 10.71%", "Factor E= 71.79" ,interactions AxB =2.14 %,

AxC =1.43%,BxC =1.43% and finally error is 1.43 %. 

All the factors including interactions are significant since F-calculated is greater than F-tabulated. I want to know whether these interactions will affect the result or not.Or else if the confirmation test results have good reproducibility and are with in the confidence intervals then it means these interactions have been overcome.

Finally i have  developed the multi-variable regression equation in order to optimize with Genetic algorithm.In that i am getting equation with only the five variables (namely A,B,C,D,E ) with a constant (K). Is that equation correct or it should have the interaction terms also.

For the liner equation equation ,F-Calculated is greater than the F-Tabulated and R-sq value is 91% and R-sq (adj) is 89 %.

Kindly clear my doubts as soon as possible.
