Hello group.

I have a deal i need to get funded.

The property is worth $535,000 retail.

I am getting it for $330,000 and it needs $40,000 in rehab.

If you have the funds or know of a person that is willing

to fund the deal please email me.The property is in Palm Harbor

It backs up to lake Tarpon.
