Hello Group. I am interested in acting as a bird dog for any of the
investors in the group. Send me your requirements including what
supporting information you require, and I will do the following:

1. Locate a property in accordance with your specifications
2. Determine fair market value in accordance with your criteria
3. put all of the associated info together (with photos) into
presentation format
4. Get the property under contract (with you or other listed on the
contract)
5. Assist with finding a renter if that is what you want to do
6. Assist with locating a prospective buyer if that is what you want
to do
7. Acquire quotes for repairs/rehabilitation, if required
8. Flip or partner the property with you (your preference)
9. Any other activity associated with the property that you require
10. I am able to work Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties
