Good morning Group,
It has been some time since I have been on this site and I am just getting back from an overseas tour. I was wondering how many of you members are still actively doing investments in Real Estate.
If you are still active, what is it that you are actually doing?
Since my return 4 months ago I have purchased 3 properties, rehabbed them all I have rented one and sold the other two very quickly. I have a few deals in the works and would like to have more contacts of active investors, why, you ask, well for instance I have a potential deal of a property in a high end neighborhood, my purchase price is $192K, reconstruction cost $250K, list price $725K - $850K and a partner would be nice on this deal (not that I am actively looking for one) and for this reason and as more of these deals arise I ask.
