Hey all

I wanted to share some news on a major upcoming action-

Transportation Alternatives is proud to be partnering with several NYC cycling groups to organize a memorial ride in solidarity with the Minneapolis bike community after the killing of cyclist Alex Pretti by ICE officials.

In response to a call from Angry Catfish and the CyclingMSP community for a national day of action, we’re joining 20 plus cities riding this Saturday, January 31, to honor Alex and all those harmed by ICE violence, raise awareness, and stand together for our communities. Alex could have been any of us.

Come Ride with Us!
  • Saturday, January 31st
  • 2:00 PM meet | 2:30 PM wheels down
  • Foley Square
If you want to support the action but, like me, you can't ride in this weather, you can also help by joining a spoke-making party we are hosting at the office on Friday evening to prepare for the ride.
