Willard Van Orman Quine, arguably the most influential American philosopher and logician in the 20th century, held that an experiment could not test a theoretical prediction in any final way. Quine argued that beliefs constitute a web, with every belief  at least indirectly tied to all others by both logical and evidential connections. From Quine's perspective, there is no process or tool to separate what we believe into areas of truths of reason and truths of fact. Belief comes together in a bit-by-bit accumulation of evidence and speculation that does not follow any rules of reason; it changes according to the interconnections of the entire belief net.

"Science starts with a hypothesis, which is laden with assumptions; this makes perfect objectivity in science impossible. That does not mean, however, that what we find is not knowledge. It is knowledge gained from an attempt to examine phenomenon objectively but through the eye of our hypothesis." (Thomas Kuhn)

WE all ahver equal access it seems to me to examine phenomenon objectively but through the eye of our hypothesis. Now that I have unburdened myself with these cavaets I would ,like to lay on the group a bikef versio of what I think is the framework of our mental reality

I think everyone here is your with the concept of quantum mind or quantum consciousness that put forward by various thinkers from David Boem the physicist to nuero-philosopher David Chalmers. Just imagine out this possibility of course since you Orthodox materialists into apoplectic fits. Victor Stenger the physicist and watch skeptic to neatly claim it was absurd because prolonged quantum effects have been observed on the macroscopic level.
Of course no sooner then he uttered that,a series of experiments and observations proved that in regard to both photosynthesis and in regard to some Avian species migration sense quantum effects are present. It just two years ago you were California Santa Barbara physicist Arthur O'Connell was able to produce quantum effects in sheets of metal. In the very beginning of particle physics Einstein was greatly disturbed by the spooky action at a distance aspects of nonlocality in quantum entanglement.Remark that if it were true it would certainly explain autobahns like telepathy, but he spent the rest of his life trying to figure a way to believe it.(Quantum theory) or so people know were calling for a new science of quantum biology.

I do not argue these things skeptics or hard line materialists because their belief net is caught on the sholes of their own egos .. There is howeve,r what I observed to be a very interesting confluence of ideas between about theorys  of  possiblequantum basis for consciousness and one particular school of Buddhist thought. That school is called the Yogacara or often referred to as the Mind Only school of Buddhism.

In Buddhist epistemology there are several kinds of consciousness that is described such as sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste as well an apprehending consciousness. You only school adds to the polls so essentially subliminal to the sense consciousness were merely cognitive consciousness. One of them is a consciousness which sort of information and creates percent so a particular person or I. like you that it would be impossible for an organism to operate in the world.
This level of consciousness which is the only one which survives will transformations is called the Store house consciousness,(Alya Vijnana) it could be likened to an Ocean of mind,  all individuals are part of this Ocean as waves and streams whose thoughts and actions form thew world and their bodyies they create to experience the world the Storehouse consciousness is non temporal and all thoug,t action,s that have and will exist remains,I believe that this mind is in fact Quantum in nature
Well just wanted to get it started

Steve that is exactly how my belief in life after death happened.   It isn't any one thing but a whole bunch of pieces to the puzzle that have swayed me in the direction that this life is not all there is.   It is the accumulation of information in several different areas that have convinced me that life has meaning and purpose and that when the physical body dies, more than likely, something of who we are survives the death of the physical body.

It started with near death experiences and progressed to the holographic universe theory and quantum physics and then to death bed visions, mystical experiences, watching John Edward and George Anderson on TV, then reading a whole lot of books and websites about life after death topics like ADCs, etc.   It was like a puzzle where the picture became more and more clear as time went on.

I have had this rather strange experience since I was a child. Often when someone dies I am close to, and when I am not aware of their passing, they come to, me in a dream. There is never a word spoken they are just there, but there is a heavy emotive element to the dream usually love or joy mixed with sadness. Recently someone came to me like this I have not seen in forty years, she appeared as she would appear today in her sixty's, never said a word. I do not know where she is nw at all , When i talked to a psychic two in fact immediately they both gave her exact first anme, withut me giving them any information other than I was just wanting a reading. Neither one could tell me whehter she was living or dead.
