I only just got the programme and have been making a few names with it - I just save the files as jpegs and use them like any other - don't know what else it does yet...

Well how the heck do you save them from their format to another that's the problem I'm having!  They only want to save as a FTW file.

There should be a little arrow at the side of the save box - click on that to get the other options
