4 had their practice ride on Memorial Day and we split the shared cost among
the 6 participating scouts:
If
you prefer to track the shared cost the same way, please let me know
the breakdown of the expenditure (food, canoe rental fee, campsite
reservation fee, etc.) and names of the participants. Please also let me
know if you prefer to have me write you a check for the reimbursement,
or keep the money in your account.
I hope to keep the account up to date, so we can plan future events according to the available budget.
