Dear Crew #1,

     We need to make the final decision for our Northern Tier canoe types. The choice is between Kevlar (significantly lighter but much easier to break) and aluminum (heavier, sturdier, and more stable).
     So far, I have only received a response from Michael, and he prefers aluminum. I have consulted with some senior scouts, and they recommend Kevlar based on the lighter weight. Please reply as soon as possible with your choice of canoe type. Thanks.
