Triple Crown Application

Dear Crews,

If any of you are eligible to receive Triple Crown after Northern Tier, you can find the application here. Please fill out the application. I believe you need to mail it in yourself, but we could possibly mail it in as a group if we know exactly who is receiving Triple Crown, so please e-mail me back if you are eligible for Triple Crown and you are applying for it. Thanks!

Dear Crews,

If you are receiving the Triple Crown award, please hand in a hard copy of your application and a check of $9 to Mr. Albert Lin by Saturday.

If you do not hand it in to Mr. Lin by Saturday, please mail it in yourself with a check made payable to “Charles L. Sommers Alumni Association, Inc." and mail it in to Triple Crown Award P.O. Box 428 Ely, Minnesota 55731-0428.

Make sure that you turn it in ASAP since we need to allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
