Greeting Crew and Parents: This is probably the final committee meeting before our nTier trip. Meeting is scheduled on 7/7 (Sunday) 7:00pm - 8:30pm at Sunny View Manor, room TBD, Main items and status check: Collect all participant paper work by crew (Crew Adult Leader).This includes: Completed medical form, copy of insurance card and other nTier forms for every participant. Adults' training certifications - W First Aid, CPR and Youth Protection. Swim Test record. Quetico permit document. BSA Tour Permit. Final Traveling Logistics. Finance.  Gear Preparation by crew. The link below is the up to date payment and balance status for each crew member, please take a look and let me know if you see any discrepancies. Our family will be in LA to send Alex to his Sea Base crew there, sorry we'll not be able to attend this meeting.

As decided in CM this evening, there will be a mandatory gear check (the final check) held at 7:00pm 7/21 (Sun.). The place is at Rainbow park. You MUST have every gear ready at that time. Make sure bring all required gear by then.
 
Thanks to Mr. Yuan who is going to send out a gear check list later. If you are not sure what will be the final gear, make sure use this list to check before going to the gear check meeting.
