Dear NTier Parents,

As we discussed in our last NTier meeting, we need to apply for "CANPASS REMOTE AREA BORDER CROSSING (RABC) PERMIT" for crew 1, 2 and 4 members in order to enter Canada in remote area.

Attached please find 2 forms:
1. CANPASS REMOTE AREA BORDER CROSSING (RABC) PERMIT application form.

Please fill out the form, and attach COPIES of the supporting documentation (passport, birth certificate, state ID etc) as listed in the 2nd page of the application form.

There is a $30 fee for each adult. You may ignore that section. I'll work with Karen to make payments for all adult leaders.

2. Parental release form. Please note that this form must be signed by BOTH legal guardians.

These forms needs to be submitted ASAP since it may take some time to get the permit. I'd appreciate if you could turn in the forms to me or Shu Jin tomorrow at CM meeting, or next Wed. at TM meeting.

Dear Parents,

This is a reminder for you to bring your CANPASS RABC permit application form, the copy of passport (or other ID) and Parental Release form to the Troop Meeting tomorrow. I'll be there around 8:00p to collect the forms.

Please remember that both parents need to sign the Parental release form.

Dear Parents,

Thank you all for those who turned in the CANPASS RABC Permit Form and the Parental Release Form. The application for CANPASS RABC permit takes time. So I plan to send out the forms on 4/29/2013. For those whom I missed yesterday, could you please turn in the forms by 4/28? We have nTier meeting scheduled on 4/28. You may do one of the following:

1. Turn in the forms on 4/28 if you plan to attend the nTier meeting.
2. Drop off the forms to my house or leave them in my mailbox before 4/28 if you cannot make the 4/28 nTier meeting. (I live close to Miller and Lynbrook, so you could stop by if you drive your kids to Miller or Lynbrook -:) ).
3. Call me or email me to make other arrangments to turn in the forms before 4/28.
4. Mail the CANPASS RABC form and supporting document yourself directly to Canada Border Services Agency (address is listed on the form) if you miss the 4/28 deadline.
