Following is the information from NTier. Please spend time reviewing them. Most important information is "food allergies and dietary restrictions", see below.
Let us know of any food allergies and dietary restrictions that your crew may have. Please fill out the attached form and submit it to us (NTier) no later than 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AT NORTHERN TIER.
Please let your parents and adult leaders know if you have any of the above condition.

Greetings From Northern Tier!!
I just wanted to take a moment to check in with you about planning for your 2013 adventure to Northern Tier. I hope that you planning is going great! Our winter program is in full swing and going well.
Here is a check list to keep you on track for your planning process:
· Bissett Crews- Make your float plan reservation with Blue Water Aviation please call 204-367-2762
· Ely and Atikokan Cares- Make your Light Weight canoe rentals and filled out the Light Weight Canoe Rental Form: http://www.ntier.org/filestore/NorthernTier/pdf/CanoeRentalContract.pdf
· Let us know of any food allergies and dietary restrictions that your crew may have. Please fill out the attached form and submit it to us no later than 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AT NORTHERN TIER.
· Make sure to book your transportation and lodging to and from Northern Tier:

o Crews that arrive in June- final payment due on March 1
o Crew that arrive in July- final payment due on April 1
o Crews that arrive in August- final payment due on May 1
