Northern Tier Welcome Home Party - August 6th, 6pm-9pm

Dear All,

The Welcome Home Party for our Northern Tier crews is approaching quickly. :-)

Here is the reminder:

- Date: August 6th, Tuesday
- Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Place: Sunnyview Manor
- MUST bring in your own mess kits

Parents: Please bring your laptop  so we can enjoy viewing the great
adventure together.  :-)
Stephen, please bring the projector.

We have the following parents volunteer to bring in the fruits and drinks.
Please cut the fruits and place in the container (i.e. ready to serve).
Save your receipts and give them to me for reimbursement.

- 1 watermelon: Hai-May
- 1 watermelon: Karen
- 2 pineapple: Lanny
- 3 honeydew: Ju-Ju
- soft drink: Gloria

We still need volunteers to bring in some fruits and water as below:
- 1 watermelon: ?
- 2 pineapple: ?
- water: ?

Thanks for coordinate the party. I'll bring troop projector. 

Should we start set up at 6 and have the dinner at 7? Some parents may have difficult to arrive at 6 on Tuesday.
