in order to preserve the quality of life despite forseeable
masive economic growth .

High Economy growth by large percents shall be ancompaniated by the
necesary antipolution measures.

Air Quality and Waste Dumping Shall be Improved booth by Cleaning
Existent Polution and by Adding Aditional Regulation
and limits on Allready Levels of Polution such as Kyoto Agreement and
similar.

All western Coutries shall be part of the Kyoto agreement in
order to oblidge all and any new developing Countries to behave
in a manner that will keep expanding economies from adding large
quanties of poluants in to the enviroment.
