Observers and Operational Branch

An Organization which all sole meaning shall be that of observing and
recording data in all areas of war , terror and human rights abuses is
an absolute must .

Such an Organization Shall Be Given Full Imunity and Keeped away from
any Political ties or other mechanisms that might impare her work ,
having the sole and unique role
of recording all posible data in all areas of war , terror and human
rights abuses for future use .

Also it shall enjoy an status similar in the positive
meaning as such as ICJ , Hague Tribunal and UN .

And all shall be interlinked .

Must Became An Reality As Soon As Posible .

Financing this Body that will link International Criminal
Courts and UN must be resolved as fast as posible.

Also the triangle of UN , Observers , International Crime Tribunals and
Hague Tribunal shall have an additional
operational branch as the forth of the above listed .

The additional branch will be linked to all intell worldwide
while having an executive arm .
The rest shall remain outside the public domain .
