Research in many fields is highly eratic and underfounded .
Isoteric fields sometimes get more founds then fields that will benefit
the majority of the people.

The projects under way and growing economy shall return parts of the
research founds under economicaly fisable lines.

If such behavior is understood where the research is based on privated
money for business , it can not be understood when the research is
based on State Founds.

Wherever posible research , in the context of a new more warm
and cooperative World , shall avoid redudancy in order to free fonds to
other areas of research.

If any old researches done in the Cold War can benefit the entire
humanity , they shall be made aviable in order to made the best of past
investments, within reasonable limits.

The research shall as much as posible have a clear agenda that
will coincide as much as posible with the Humanity Goals for the next
100 years .
In this context the economic issues of the research shall be judged as
well .

The more an Research will coincide with Humanity Goals , The more
people will benefit from the results the more important the Research
is.

All of the above shall not stop under any condition research in
new promising filds either unexistent or unknown at this date.
Sometimes out of the ordinary research is the most important.
