[SysML-Evaluators] JPL Eval Team Position to INCOSE

SysML Evaluators,

 

The attached document summarizes the JPL evaluation team's position directed to INCOSE MDSD SysML design team with respect to cross-cutting issues regarding the two SysML specification submissions (SysML Partners, v1.0a and SysML Submission Team, v0.98).

 

This is not an A to B comparison but rather a collection of key points, recommendations and issues that the team feels should be considered by the INCOSE SysML evaluation team.  A to B comparisons have already been submitted (or are in the process of being submitted) by individual members of the JPL team as separate evaluation artifacts.
