I had to reset ALL the War Ladders again, today. But the good news is
I finally worked out what was causing the duplication of guilds on the
ladder (perl was copying a REFERENCE instead of the data itself. Of
course I blame myself for being ignorant and Perl for being obtuse.)

Hopefully we won't have to do THAT again (famous last words no doubt)
