Fail to initialize in XP

I have downloaded Syncless 2.1 three times but after unzipping and
attempting to run SynclessUI.exe I always get the message
'Application failed to inititalize properly (0x0000135)'
Can anyone help?

required log file =). you can submit it here too.

I have attempted to do as you instruct. 3 problems:
1. There is no log file in the Syncless root folder since it failed to
initialize.
2. On the New Issue form, the Submit button remains inactive.
3. How come my email address has been made public on your above
answer?

After i check it out i found out that you do not have microsoft.net
framework

After downloading and installing via your link I find that when I now
try to run Syncless I get the following message:
"to run this application you must first install one of the following
versions of the .NET Framework:
v2.0.50727
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining
the appropriate version of the .NET Framework"
Further advice will be welcome but I will not continue if I have
another failure

I now realize that your download link gave me dotnetfx.exe v.1.1 which
is too old. I have downloaded and installed v.2 and now when trying to
run Syncless I receive yet another error message -
The application has generated an exception which could not be handled.
ProcessID=)x1ec(492) ThreadID=)x420(1056)
I have therefore kicked out both Syncless and the NET Framework.
It appears that your app. needs a little more work.
