How to make syncless run on windows startup?

In windows, you can simply drag the shortcut of syncless to the
startup folder in program files

But what if I want it to start minimized?

Nobody has a solution? Come on, someone here must surely have found a
way. Or do you just never turn your computer off?? I have tried to
make a bath file to force syncless to open minimized, but it fails to
do so. What good is a sync program if you have to start it every time?
