Hello Kids!

 

October has been a busy month for me… between setting up classes at Austin Uptown Dance, teaching at Blues Boot Camp and DJ ing at other events, it's been a whirlwind month.

 

So hopefully that means the whirlwind settles down in November. :-)

 

The Back Room Dance

 

My next Back Room Dance will be held on Saturday, November 3^rd at Austin Uptown Dance – North (8868 Research Blvd.).

 

THERE IS A BRAND NEW START TIME FOR THE DANCE!!! Starting next month, I'll start the Back Room at 10:00pm, right after the weekly dance for Austin Ballroom Dancers.

 

Admission is still $5 and I'll still be rockin' out the best Blues & Swing tunes I've got. I'm working with ABD to possibly have a joint admission price for anyone who wants to attend both dance. Stay tuned for developments on that front.

 

November Blues Dance Classes

 

My next round of Blues Dance classes with Jeremy Emack at AUD starts in just under 2 weeks, on Wednesday, November 7 ^th. All classes will be on Wednesdays at 7:30pm SHARP!!!

 

If you pre-register before October 25^th (yes, that's today) the 4-week session is just $45. After today, it jumps up to $55.

 

You can also get AUD's Unlimited Group Class pass for $85, which allows you to take any of the group classes offered that month. FYI, Four on the Floor's Laura Malloy is teaching a 4-week session of Lindy Hop classes on Wednesdays at 8:30pm right after my class. So you should definitely check it out.
