The dog days of August bring us the usual summer heat… and another Back Room Dance!
This month's Back Room will be held on Saturday, August 18th at the NEW Footworks Dance Center (see info below)* and is a special celebration of two Blues Divas of Texas!
This month's dance is a birthday celebration for Dallas' own Kathy Warwick, whose birthday is the 20th, and my birthday, which is on the 14 th. The one and only Jerry "Big Daddy" Warwick will join me and spin tunes for the evening, so it's gonna be a great night. We want YOU to be there! Remember, doors for the Back Room open at 8pm and admission is just $5.
* For those who don't know, Footworks Dance Center has officially changed locations and is now operating out of Tapestry Dance Studios.

Footworks Dance Center has moved from their previous downtown location and will expand to TWO separate studios in order to better serve their students and clients. The Back Room will be held temporarily at the Tapestry location until they open their new location in North Austin. Please stay tuned to future email updates, and of course the website, to find out the location of the next few Back Room dances.
