Ladies,

Everyday I learn something new. Apparently 30 minutes walking and six walnuts a day are recommended if you want to slow down the aging process. Based on research, walnuts have been determined to be a good source of plant-based Omega 3 Fatty Acid.


I wonder what nut available in the tropical world has similar qualities.
