Over at QQ, it appears that the disc with the "real" Scheiner mix has been identified:
I have a 2002 Phonogram DVD-A – presumably not the sought after version?

To all,Just saw this post. Am not sure what the ultimate version is, but I think I have 2 or 3 versions of this in possession. I definitely don't have any blu-ray versions though. In any case, if someone can tell me which version is the "must have", will be happy to find a way to share it on the H, as you put it.
Sincerely,
CP

Looks like a rare beast
From the image of the disc it looks like it is a DTS disc not purely a DVD-A. In either case the best way is to create an ISO then folks can rip it either way. If it is only DTS then ImgBurn is probably the best or easiest. You will know by the Size- DTS only is CD, DVD-A is like it implies - DVD size.
That’s good to know; I didn’t notice the DVD-A when I first viewed it. Just looked through my DVD-A’s and there’s only a few like it. Frank Zappa and David Alan are the most obvious ones. Interestingly I also noticed that the Eagles “Hell Freezes Over” is co-produced by the Man, this is a DTS only disc.

If it is encrypted then it will not work. You will need a de-crypt programme like Any DVD etc. which works alongside of ImgBurn.
Which indecently de-crypts.
