Not a bad ep but not a great one, either. My Jensen felt a bit off
today. A little too understated considering that he was trying to find
Sammy. I didn't expect him to fall apart but I was just expecting a
little *more*.

Still, all in all, it wasn't bad.

I must say that Jessica Steen looks better with the lighter colored
hair I am used to seeing her with. She did a good job. Her last scene
was really good.

The Benders, well, what can ya say. Cree-as they say-py. That little
Missy being the creepiest, I think. lol. Daddy psychopath cutting
apart body parts in the sink notwithstanding.

Loved seeing Dean kicking some ass. Held his own against the two sons
and probably could have taken them if daddy didn't crack his melon with
a frying pan.

I've been over at TWOP again. I'm with you on this episode. Jensen
didn't quite bring it like I was expecting he would. As I said over at
the other board, perhaps they wanted him to be a bit understated to
show that he could stay in control and get the job done (finding Sam)
even when it's very personal. I guess I just wanted a little bit of
that wonderful emotion bubbling up from Dean, as we've seen glimpses of
in other episodes. I was expecting him to get just a little bit more
worked up and yet still be able to focus.

Some over at TWOP had a problem with his staying with the cop and
letting her cuff him to the car but I didn't have a problem with that.
I think that he went to her because sometimes going the direct route is
faster and Sam's life was on the line. So he went to the cop instead
of trying to finagle the traffic pics himself. She was able to get
right in there and get them. I also don't see him tussling with a
female cop. I mean, it's not like she was standing in the way of a
search for Sam. She was helping with it. Even though she wasn't going
to let Dean come with her, she was continuing the search. So, I really
don't see him sidelining her, risking her getting away and then
bringing the wrath of more police down on him.

anyway, how hot was Dean stretched out across the car, reaching for
that antenna?! Dayum!

Well alright, someone posted! I was starting to hear the crickets
chirping. lol.

I have to say, in regards to the cop handcuffing him to the car, I
would have liked it better if they hadn't walked away from the vehicle.
It would have worked better, and people at the other board wouldn't
have had as much reason to complain, if he'd been standing right by the
car door and she sneakily handcuffed him to it. Then, there'd be no
chance for him to fight it, or for people to wonder if he just calmly
walked back to the car. I also must say that I didn't like they way
they didn't show Sam going in to free Dean. I would have liked to see
Missy biting him or something. lol.

Hello,
sorry but I forgot about this place. I didn't have it saved in my
favorites. I do now though. I liked the last 2 episodes. I liked the
twist of there being no supernatural forces involved at all in this
last one. A nice twist. Jensen tied to a chair.....oh my.....
