formatting a bibliography

I am quite excited about using Super Notecard for academic writing.
It has really changed the way I develop my projects. I am not sure
about how to handle bibliographies however. The reference manger seems
quite flexible, but before I invest the time into using it seriously I
need to know that I can generate bibliographies in various formats
(MLA, Chicago, etc), or at the very least be able to export in .ris or
in any other format recognized by a full-blown citation manager.

Am I missing something here? How do you handle footnotes and
bibliographies in your work?
