Factor Cards Not Relating :/

I have been enjoying Super Notecard as a way to organize my plot for
my next story. But I have notice that even with having the exact
spelling and caps, some notecards as not showing up as related to
others.

A character named Sparkling Stone only shows up relating to one card,
a prologue card, but his name is mentioned many times throughout the
cards I've filled in. Brightday doesn't show up anywhere at all but
her name is everywhere too. A species name doesn't show up as relating
to Sparkling stone, but he clearly has his species name in his factor
card. Only that one card will relate, the rest just show as 'no new
cards that relate', I tried the keywords thing but that changes
nothing.

I would just like to CHOOSE which cards and everything, its very
frustrating. :(
