How to edit custom dictionary; UK English dictionary?

I have two questions. I hope someone can help me:

(1) How do I edit the custom dictionary? I accidentally added a word
that was spelt wrong, and now I want to delete it from the dictionary.

(2) I'm a New Zealander, and use British spelling. Is there a plug-in
or similar add-on for me?
