Change is in the air

Hello Suffolk St gardeners!

 

I wanted to send you all a quick note to you all, but especially those who were not at the last meeting, to let you know I am leaving my position with NYRP-  making the big move out west to Colorado! It has been such a joy to get to know you all a bit and be a small part of your community.

 

I also wanted to make sure you are in contact with the manager of the community development department- Ashley Willhite. She’s been working with NYRP for a little over 4 years now- starting as the gardener in Brooklyn and Queens (so you may recognize her if you haven't met her already)! I also wanted to let you all know the Arts for Art Jazz concert will be taking place again this fall in the garden- October 17^th from 3pm-6pm so everyone should stop by to enjoy the wonderful music and poetry!

Rachael it has been a great pleasure havin u here. U are goin to be truely miss from the Suffolk st. Community Garden we all wish u very safe and well being with ur new life exprience change. Suffolk st. Community Garden will close it's garden gate 99% only to leave the 1% chance that Ur will return
We will miss u much!!!!
