49ers volunteer opportunity

and
lots of volunteers! Please forward this on to anyone who can help (ie.
the rest of your club) and let us know when you can get your volunteer

49ers is creeping up on us faster than we know it!

Here is what I still need as far as volunteers:

Friday October 22

11am-12pm set up crew needed

12pm-2pm I need two grillers and two people to man the tables for
clean up

12pm-4pm This time is the creepy club carnival I need people/clubs to
run
booths. We are going with cheesy carnival games so if you have any
ideas
you can run with it, otherwise I can suggest a game. The prizes will
be
candy.

4pm-5pm Clean up Crew needed

6pm Decorate Macey Center: we still need TONS of people to help us
with
this. It is going to be difficult decorating for Casino Night so
anyone
who is interested please help!

Saturday October 23

3pm Casino Night set-up (may end up being the dealers but if you are
interested, let me know)

4pm-8pm Dealers and Bouncers needed. This will be split into two hour
shifts if we have enough people sign up.

A previous note on the same topic.

Hello all!

As you all know, 49ers is comming up fast!

First things first: October 6th is the first movie night at the Loma.
I
need people to count people as they come in. Lets say we will need 3
people for this job. Please let me know if you are up for this. You
will
need to work from 8:15 till people stop coming in.

Now for the 49ers business. I have a preliminary 49ers schedule that
is
attached to this email. If you (your club) are interested in hosting
some
sort of event, please let me know ASAP.

I will be needing volunteers for all of these events, except for
comedy
night which a club has already kindly volunteered for.

The main thing I need from the clubs are to host a booth at the creepy
carnival. We are planning on doing carnival games ie sack races,
bobbing
for apples, balloon toss, egg toss, and anything else you guys can
think
of! Please reserve your activity early as it is on a first come first
serve basis. This creep carnival is happening Friday October 22 from
12pm-4pm.

I also still need dealers for Casino night. You will get points
towards
your club for helping out. If I get enough people to help out we will
be
able to rotate all of you so you do not have to work the entire four
hours. And I need people to plan to come to Macey Center at 6pm on
October
22 to set up for Casino Night. Without some help, Casino Night will be
too
bland, so help us out!

Please let me know if you have any questions at all or any concerns. I
cant wait to hear back from all of you!
