Special  Interaction  Program       Dear all, Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA) is organizing a special interaction Program with a special guest from Bangladesh Mr. Muzaharul Alam (Babu).   “Incorporating Youth Voices in International Climate Negotiation”   Date:                       8th  July, 2009  Wednesday (24 Ashar, 2066) Time:                      2:00 PM Venue:                     ENPHO Hall, Thapagaon, Baneshwor Mr. Alam (Babu) is climate change specialist, currently engaged as research fel­low of Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies (BCAS). He is working on cli­mate change since 1994. He worked National Project Coordinator (NPC) for National Adaptation Program of Action (NAPA). He is a member of Bangladesh Negotiation Team and coordinating Adaptation under Ad hoc Working Group on Long Term Cooperative Action (AWG/LCA). He is also one of the IPCC con­tributor.
