- Team Lead should have experience working in onshore / offshore model
- Should have lead / implemented architectural model in his past projects
- Worked on Agile scrum project and knowledge of SAFe
- Strong fundamentals on Java and JEE frameworks.
- Spring Framework over all with Spring boot experience
- Hands on Angular JS implementation
- Strong problem solving and data structure skills
- Strong database knowledge (ORM/procedures/triggers)
- Experience in REST and Micro Service development
- Experience in security services such as oAuth or Kerberos is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in integration experience with third party service providers.
- Knowledge frameworks such as Jenkins, Git,.
- Experience in Health care will be added advantage
- Strong communication as this is a client facing role
