Also check out the file called "AWWA Statement", which is policy
position for the American Water Works Association (AWWA) who the CFPUA
uses as justification for fluoridation in Wilmington. The AWWA makes
it clear that is striclty a local decision, but it appears our local
decision makers aren't stepping up to bat. Bottom line, we're using a
