Here are two events of interest coming up. FYI, RCM has no breakfast or drive planned, so git ‘er done between the heat and the raindrops as best you can…
The Antique Truck Club’s annual convergence of trucks from just about everywhere offers a great way to celebrate FATHER’S DAY with Food, vendors and tons of trucks. There is no entrance fee to explore and roam (parking compliments of the neighbor’s nominal 5 bucks or so.) A family friendly event, grills will be poppin’ and kids with dogs will be chasing around. Friday would be the best day due to the rain showers in the mornings until Saturday the last day of the show, however, many trucks are arriving today Thursday as the show trucks roll in all day today.

SPRINGTOWN Athletic Association’s Father’s Day open field event offers acres of everything you can imagine. Many nicer old cars diligently preserved and still looking excellent from the eras they represent.
