Hello fellow Stone Bridge Drivers,

It is with a heavy heart that I report that Pat Scopelliti, an old friend of mine, and longtime volunteer for the Grand Prix Festival passed away last Saturday night.

Pat served as the Sweep Car driver for all of the Stone Bridge Driver Laps of the Old Course for all but the last two years, where he served in other capacities, but still insisted on doing his Grand Prix Festival duty.

Here is a picture of Pat getting the job done with his own style that he brought to our Grand Prix Festival for all of these years.

You can click on his name in blue to see a gallery.

If you saw him in your rear view mirror, that meant you were near the back of the pack. If you managed to get behind him, that meant that you failed miserably at keeping up with the car ahead of you and actually managed to get yourself lost on the Old Course. Eventually he would have waived you around to get you back to where you belonged.

Pat will be sorely missed by many of us and many more at the Glen Region SCCA, the Ferrari Club and a long list of friends that he acquired during his very full life.

Hello fellow Stone Bridge Drivers,

The Founders Tour is now full and sold out.

The Grand Ramble is only one or two cars away from being sold out and also the Glenora Run is also just a couple of cars away from being full.

Otherwise there is still plenty of room left in the other Stone Bridge Driver Events at      http://www.grandprixfestival.com/participant.html

Keep up with the registrants ahead of you and get in while you can.

Hello fellow Stone Bridge Drivers,

I assume the Glenora Run felt the need to keep up with the Founders Tour ahead of it, because the Glenora Run is now also sold out for 2025.

Of course there is still some room in many other Stone Bridge Driver Events.
