#88-Connor Zilisch gets credit for winning the Wawa 250 Xfinity Series race at Daytona International Speedway, though Parker Kligerman hopped in the car at Lap 13. It’s the first time a relief driver was utilized in a race-winning
entry since Milwaukee in 2007. This is Zilisch’s seventh victory of the season, capturing the checkered flag in five of the last six races overall.
JR Motorsports placed first through third, with #8-Sammy Smith (Stage 1 winner) and #7-Justin Allgaier (Stage 2 winner) rounding out the podium. #2-Jesse Love and #41-Sam Mayer filled out the rest of the top five.
#20-Brandon Jones, #26-Dean Thompson, #14-Garrett Smithley, #44-Brennan Poole and #1-Carson Kvapil complete the top 10.
There were 22 lead changes among 10 drivers and seven cautions for 39 yellow flag laps.
