Working on new interface language

Hello all,

I was wondering what it would take to have a Khmer interface for the STEP Bible, as there is for other languages. I see that there is work done on the translation on the crowdin page, but wasn't sure if there was something in particular that kept it from moving forward into being supported as an official interface. 

Also, I noticed you were interested in creating lexicons for languages. Would it be possible to look into this for Khmer as well? Let me know if there's something that I could do to help with this.
