How Thirsty Are You?

The July issue of Thirsty is here! Our global footprint is reaching
farther than ever in July, with special reports coming in from London,
Berlin, and (coming soon) Buenos Aires.

Featured in the July issue of Thirsty:

An exclusive interview with legendary metal icon Lemmy Kilmister. Hear
Lemmy discuss his relationship with The Ramones, the state of rock n'
roll, and his current project, The Head Cat - with Danny B. Harvey and
Slim Jim Phantom of the Stray Cats! Thirsty spent some time with Lemmy
shortly before he went onstage - the July issue has audio clips,
exclusive video, and much much more!

Live from the Electric Ballroom: The State of London's Underground
Metal Scene - new foreign correspondent Joe Butler blows the lid on
the London metal scene, featuring interviews with DJ Bex and Quinton
"The Rampage" Lucion of Kingsize Blues.

Joe Coleman: Internal Digging - Thirsty is honored to bring back, for
the third time, outsider artist and friend Joe Coleman. Photographer
Anna Curtis captures exclusive images from Coleman's exhibit at the KW
Institute of Contemporary Art in Berlin. Coleman's portraits of serial
killers, prostitutes, hillbillies, and other oddities will be
exhibited through August as part of his first German show.

A DVD review of Einsturzende Neubauten's Palast Der Republik. This
symbolic performance by the experimental industrialists takes place at
the former headquarters of the German Democratic Republic in their
native Berlin. See video clips of Blixa Bargeld, Alexander Hacke, and
FM Einheit performing in a building that was destroyed shortly after
their concert.

Standing in the Way of Control: London's New Riot Girls - new foreign
correspondent Zarina Raja compares the girl groups of the 1990s with
the current uprising in London. Featuring Courtney Love, Bikini Kill,
The Gossip, CSS, and more.

>From Tokyo: a concert review featuring unconventional Japanese artists
Toe.
