believe is best for our community for the past 2 years through the community effort to bring about positive 

change in the State College Area School District.

7:45PM - 8:35PM  Awards ceremony.  Anyone can make an award, anyone can

receive one.

Mingle, eat drink  9:45PM Get out.

Award Ceremony Rules:

Awarding 25 - 32 sec. for announcing award, 23 word limit.

Receiving 7 - 17 sec. for receiving award.  Acceptance speeches must be 9

words exactly.  no more no less.

Guest gavel'r will be present, not necessarily participating voluntarily.

Award items, can not exceed $5 thrift shop value.  If questioned, Good will

frequent flyers will be present to make a ruling.  Highly recommended that

award items come from your personal home collection of junk.

KEEP YOUR AWARD PLANS SECRET.  Stump the recipient, shock them, and we'll laugh when they are 

gaveled in their rigorous acceptance speech competition.
